The “Dialog View Preferences” file is outdated or damaged.  Please trash it and restart.

Dialog View is shareware.  Please consider registering it if you find it worthwhile.

You appear to have Open-wide or an old Dialog View installed.  Dialog View 2.0 supersedes these, and will not load with them present.
